The features and the hosting itself is fine, but customer support is awful. They take forever to answer support tickets, and even longer to iron the problems out. I have experienced numerous occasions when the servers have been down. I've been waiting for two weeks for them to solve a minor problem. Imagine what amount of time I'll have to wait if there is a major issue. If you need any kind of customer support, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It's a very high quality and cheap hosting. You get almost everything you can imagine. 300 GB is very much space, 3 TB traffic not unlimited but still it's very good. You get one free domain. You also get FTP accounts, 100 MySQL and 100 PortageSQL databases, and support of every programming language and SSH access. You've got a 24/7 tech support. The best cheap hosting as for me. I have 4 sites with Hostmonster. I have referred 3 other people to them. I won't describe the features here, they are wonderful. What I like best about Hostmonster is that I can talk to someone and know for sure that someone is taking care of the problem. I have no complaints when it comes to this hosting company, they are awesome. I have been with Hostmonster for over a year or so. I just registered my second domain with them. What I really like about them is not their low price which is awesome of course, but their customer support. One of their tech supporters helped me set up a subdomain. He logged into my account and did it for me after walking me though it a few times and I couldn't get it. They are really fast and have the best staff. Their email service isn't the most reliable though. That's the only minus I see. It's really affordable hosting with a lot of features.
